About Me
I feel very lucky to have discovered design as a career I love. When I was younger I pursued engineering, music, and business software consulting, all of which were interesting but none of which resonate with me the way design does.
I'm married to the comic artist and awesome human Lucy Knisley. Together we are parents to our favorite kid in the whole wide world. We live just outside Chicago.
I don't put too much stock in personality tests, but since you're getting to know me: I've been professionally evaluated as a Myers-Briggs ENTJ, and a CliftonStrengths Learner and Woo.
In my free time I like thrifting and estate sale shopping, tinkering with marble runs, and making music with my kid.
